VENDOR APPLICATION
Please note that this is only an application to vend. You are not guaranteed a spot unless you are accepted as a vendor. Your application will be reviewed, and you will receive notification of approval.
COST & PAYMENT
The cost per vending table is $150.00
(this fee is non-refundable unless your application is rejected)
Payment information is required at the time you submit your application. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you are approved. You will be notified prior to your card being charged. If you select "Pay by Check," we will require payment in our office within 10 days of approval, or your space will be released. Your vendor registration will not be complete until payment is received

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The last day to apply is Monday, March 9, 2026.
2. Each vendor will have their own space and one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Vendors are not allowed to bring their own table; however, vendors may use their own displays as long as they fit in their designated space. No sharing of booths is allowed and will be strictly
implemented.
3. Vendors should respect the space of their neighbors and keep their products from overstepping the boundaries of others.
4. GGG entry is not included in the price of your table. However, you can register for GGG at the rate of $75.00
5. Vendors can begin set-up on Thursday, March 19th at 5:00 pm. Vendors may sell products before and after conference session times. Vending is prohibited during conference sessions (see application for service times)
6. Phone and internet access are not included in your table package.
7. Vendors are solely responsible for securing their products and business transactions. Neither Higher Ground International, nor GGG are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any vendor products.
8. All correspondence regarding your table will be sent by email. Please add graphicsathgi@gmail.com to your address book to ensure delivery. If there is a change in your primary contact, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible. If you have not received correspondence within two weeks of GGG, contact us immediately to determine the status.
9. A Vendor Coordinator will be on hand during vending hours to respond to inquiries, mediate and/or resolve grievances.
10. Vendors must break down their display within 90 minutes following the end of service on Saturday, March 21st.
11. Higher Ground has the right to close down the vending area in the event of an emergency or non-compliance with the rules. No refund will be given should a vendor be asked to vacate the property.
